  7. The system provides for annual payment processing.  The posting of the payment
  8. moves the box rent due date forward by one year.  A verification method is
  9. provided to ensure the payment is being posted to the correct box.  The
  10. payment posting screen allows processing normal payments, back dating
  11. payments, reversing payments and partial payments (with override).  A record of
  12. the date, time, amount, type of payment and person who posted the payment is
  13. included in the payment history.

  15. Each box has a status code that signifies the current status of the box.  The
  16. status includes rented by employee (free), internal bank use, available, drill
  17. syspect, to be drilled, sealed and not available.  Additional status codes may
  18. be added as necessary.

  20. Each box is assigned a box type.  The user defined box type code of three
  21. positions provides up to 999 different type boxes and a high level of marketing
  22. flexibility.  The box type specifies the size of the box and the related
  23. pricing.  Special pricing of boxes can be controlled by re-assigning a box to
  24. type defined for special marketing purposes.
